Funny and sad at the same time. Since I assume this is all the work of the ever elusive and ever dumb Ritchie's Hair I can only feel sympathy for the fella. Must be sad when the only thing in life you have is this forum and nothing else to do but such imbecile troll things. Though I must ask the administration, why is this feature even on? If im not mistaken the who is online list can be disabled, no? It's of no use anyway and add's nothing to the forum. Not that I personally care either way, I laugh at the poor kid anyway, but this may distract, confuse and turn off possible new comers who could be new (and good) posters. Just a thought...

I thought you had to get approval to join the Forum after a similar outbreak a few years back?
Wow, back then PoshOldSlapperIsABullDyke used to put in regular appearances!
Now you need to have been around a while to remember that one appearing in the list.

The time RitchiesStrat went west for the nnth time.
Strangely enough I do miss some of them and some of the nonsense.
Really I do, because there were times it was actually sublimely funny and it was worth the hassle for those moments.

Well, I suppose I might look into disabling the "who's online" feature. I've always liked it, nice to see who's around at a given moment.
As for the "funny" names (okay, a few of them actually made me laugh), they are registered to Runboard, just like we all are. So banning one or more of them only stops them posting at the forum.
EDIT: What the hey, I disabled it. If you guys miss it, let me know and I'll reconsider bringing it back.

I kinda miss it already. It sorta makes the place look empty although I can see your reasons for hiding the who's on-line function. That said,Is there a reason you have the avatar facility disabled? Was that abused as well or is it just something no-one is interested in having? I would like to have avatars as they bring a bit of personalisation and colour to other forums I use.

Hi Buddy, we have never had the avatar thing here (I think). I'll think about it, but somehow I feel we can do without it.
I too feel the place feels emptier without the "who's online" feature, but let's keep things like this at least for some time.
