Hmmm....
When I was listening to SOTW from MIJ this morning I payed a little extra attetion to what Gillan says before the song and I suddenly discovered that he said "Smoke on the Beatles" instead of "Smoke on the Water". What does he mean with that?? Have I heard wrong?? So why don't you bring some order to my life and clear thing up a bit!!

Re: Hmmm....
I didn't catch that part, but I did notice that the person speaking at the beginning of SOTW sounded different - was it Gillan, or could it have been Glover??? Or do I just need my hearing checked?

Re: Hmmm....
So he is singing about you then. He must have known someone called Fat Larry and His Car would come along one day. Is there no end to Gillans talent?

yeah I remember that one. I didn't remember the words though. Uh Oh, am I getting IG disease?
Disclaimer: Another expected, redundant remark from me who has no intelligence to speak of and just constantly quotes Blackmore to make up for my own lack of imagination.
Humour me..was that also the name of the album or was it on CAT or Scarabus. "Been a long time" to quote Gillan if I may.

Maybe it had something to do with what YOU were smoking
And Richies Strat, your location would indicate that you should be Richies Fretboard or Richies Pickups...umm, I'll go now.
