This is the best news since Iommi and Hughes's "Fused" collaboration in 2005. Great to see Lord part of the venture.

Yeah, "Fused" was great!!!

Gillan about these tracks in his new Q&A at [sign in to see URL]:

"These are coming out around 6th May, we have no plans (again) for anything further towards this project, but who knows what can happen in the future…"

Now 1m21sec of a tune is on [sign in to see URL] - as a video. Sounds like classic Black Sabbath, really - but with just one line of vocals. Sonds good, but Gillan does not fit very well, i think.. From this short clip.

It comes across somewhat forced yes, and more importantly, Gillan's old power is no longer there which means it can't be Sabbath 83 again. :/

Wow, just read on THS site that in the first week of release in the States the double cd [sign in to see URL] copies! This is sadly amazing in its own way, but the best part is that it was actually enough to enter the lower part of the charts as "new artist"!
What do you do of this? I think my generation (the 40 somethings) is the last to enjoy rock music like this: somebody produces something-I buy it because "I care"-I listen to it and enjoy it.
Then [sign in to see URL] cares?
