Re: Deep Purple Live in Paris 1975
That would be great, much like they did with the three Rainbow Germany shows...

Re: Deep Purple Live in Paris 1975
Yeah, but I'm afraid these recordings are not considered to be important (I couldn't disagree more!). I see the point: Rising tour was the most important tour Rainbow ever did, whilst with DP it's the Mk2 stuff, like the Japan dates recorded for MIJ and later released as Live in Japan 3CD set.
Speaking of which, if the technology used today was used to remix those recordings, just how much better the result would be than on LIJ? Well, compare Mk3 Final Concerts with Live in Paris 1975, or Rainbow Live in Germany from the 1990s with the three sets released some years back!

Re: Deep Purple Live in Paris 1975
It's funny, I probably listen to the 3cd Live In Japan more than I do the remastered 2cd Made In Japan...I have disc 1 in the car right now. Its just cool to hear the same songs from different nights and how they approached them. If they re-mixed and remastered that, I would buy it again without question.
