Even though DPFF was the last forum I was on! This is weird - are Runboard re-writing absolutely everything?!! I had to get back on here by going into my web-browser given that it seems to have lost the link on my Runboard account Control Panel Edit: I think I've figured it out. There seems to be a time-lag factor. When I come on here, it shows the board as my previous visit, i.e. not the current board - so I have to click the refresh button to see the current page (and with threads I go into as well). The same happens just recently at least with In Box - I've had to click the refresh button to see if I now have a new message or not - as it shows the previous list of messages and not any new ones that are now there. The same seems to happen on Control Panel - so it showed the previous visit which maybe had four recent visits to other Runboard forums (shame on me!) and so didn't show DPFF. If I had clicked the refresh button it would've showed DPFF as part the most recent/current list. And now, take an asprin or paracetomol or whatever you need for headache nondisclosed_email@example.com (MachineHead 1)Mon, 13 Nov 2006 11:08:04 +0000 Re: The "NO SUCH PAGE EXISTS" message-- Why?https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p385162,from=rss#post385162https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p385162,from=rss#post385162This morning I tried to delete a pm inbox message and it went into 'send' mode instead - then confirmed "message sent"!! I clicked backwards to check I hadn't gone into send mode by mistake. I had actually ticked the box to "delete" the message - but my inbox says at the top "moving messages" in a black space where there is usually nothing written. I can only assume its Runboard moving stuff around. Anyone know what's going on?nondisclosed_email@example.com (MachineHead 1)Mon, 13 Nov 2006 11:02:45 +0000 Re: The "NO SUCH PAGE EXISTS" message-- Why?https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p385052,from=rss#post385052https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p385052,from=rss#post385052quote:B3Burner wrote: Thanks for you guys' investigative work. It's been mentioned in the support forums. I think the changes have now hit us. The format is supposedly better, but seems to have caused missing links due to URL changes. For more info, check the Runboard Support forums.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Big J)Sun, 12 Nov 2006 07:39:11 +0000 Re: The "NO SUCH PAGE EXISTS" message-- Why?https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p385015,from=rss#post385015https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p385015,from=rss#post385015Thanks for you guys' investigative work. I thought the posts may be are written on another forum which is closed now. Forums which aren't used for a certain time become deleted by the runboard-stuff. OK we also haven't had internet for a long time so it might be an error with the topic titles.nondisclosed_email@example.com (MrsSnap)Sat, 11 Nov 2006 22:53:46 +0000 Re: The "NO SUCH PAGE EXISTS" message-- Why?https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p384977,from=rss#post384977https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p384977,from=rss#post384977Yeah, I have noticed that too. You only see the name of the last poster on the left side of the chart, but when you click the arrow to view the most recent post of the thread you see the one before. When I posted the one you mentioned(and a few others, might might not have turned up for others to see) I first got a "page cannot be displayed" meassage, and I thought I had to post it again but when I went back I noticed that it already had been added.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Milan Fahrnholz)Sat, 11 Nov 2006 22:52:35 +0000 Re: The "NO SUCH PAGE EXISTS" message-- Why?https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p384974,from=rss#post384974https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p384974,from=rss#post384974quote:Milan Fahrnholz wrote: quote:MrSnip wrote: Sometimes, the old Sarge moves a post or a thread. Why is this, and why does it seem to happen more to those items dated before November 1st than those items dated after November 1st? Did the administration team reset the threshold time of how long messages threads can be accessed in this manner? Thanks. Sometimes, the old Sarge moves a post or a thread.
