You mean, Gillan considers his voice to be reason why he thinks that it's too late for a reunion with Ritchie? That would certainly be a valid reason, but his interviews read different.

Steve Morse will continue with the Dixie Dregs.
Ian Gillan will tour the clubs with the Javelins.
Roger Glover will release another solo album.
Ian Paice will continue to hold drum clinics.
Don Airey have a solo career maybe perform with orchestras.
Ritchie Blackmore, Glenn Hughes, David Coverdale....might reform Deep Purple.
