Can anyone recommend live CDs from MK II and III? I only have Made In Japan and Made In Europe... I had Deep Purple In Concert on cassette back in the day, its long gone now.

I would especially recommend this, not because it's the best performances (though they are very good) but because the set shows two completely different sides of the band. On the '70 disc they play just 4 songs in an hour, stretching out some really long improvisations. On the '72 disc they are much more "well behaved", playing 8 songs and staying much more disciplined within the song structures. It's interesting to compare the two approaches to their live show (and maybe we should run a poll on which one people prefer emoticon ).
